Robert “Chas” Runco started Runco Law in 2012 and in 2018 paired with seasoned liquor attorney Brian Proffitt to form Runco & Proffitt, P.C. to provide a broader spectrum of experience and capabilities to Colorado and Nevada’s regulated industries. Mr. Runco provides licensing, regulatory, and commercial transaction advice to clients of all sizes, from bars, restaurants, and liquor stores to brewers, wineries, and distillers. Chas is a friend to all in the alcohol industry, including retail, distribution, and manufacturing, and he works tirelessly to resolve all of their licensing and contractual issues.
Mr. Runco also works closely with casinos, hotels, and other hospitality businesses to ensure their continued success.
With a focus on closely held corporations and LLCs, Chas Runco is a seasoned business attorney who advises large and small corporate clients on a variety of business matters. Mr. Runco works with clients in all stages of the business cycle, from start-up and contract negotiations, to mergers, acquisitions and succession planning.
